Maya is here!

Our lovely little Maya arrived on December 5th. 8.5 lbs. We are very excited and anxious to see her and her big brother Ethan. We are going to spend Christmas with Adam and Rebecca, so hope we can get enough squeezes and hugs to last for a little while. Rebecca asked us not to post pics on Facebook, so I won't post them here.

Elizabeth is 8 today. Hard to believe she is already 8! We had a great birthday and Christmas celebration with BJ, Kim and the kids last weekend. Blane is a young man now, 6 feet tall and turning 15 on Christmas Day. Sarah continues to amaze us. She's doing well and also growing fast. She will be 10 on April 4th.

Brian and I are celebrating a quiet Christmas of our own this weekend. It has been a stormy day. We even got out of school an hour early today because of the threat of bad weather. What a gift, since it was the last day before Christmas Vacation. I drove to the lake as soon as I could get away and arrived here at 4:58! I wish we got out that early every day!

It has snowed and blown and is now raining. This is a big storm and we are on the edge of the rain/snow line so we have seen pretty much everything. The wind is blowing very hard!

Baxter has been into his catnip and is now rolling a marble around the floor. He's pretty busy tonight!
