May 15, 2010--Lake Gaston at it's finest!

It has been just a glorious day here at the Lake. Brian and I puttered around fixing a couple of things and then just spent the rest of the day enjoying being here, on the dock, on the boat, on the screen porch. As I write this, 7:15 pm, it is 82 and the lake is calming, boats are quietly being put away and the peacefulness of the place is taking over. I've tried to capture it with this web cam shot. Nothing does it justice. Just being here brings me such a sense of calm. Stress free living! Is there really such a thing?
